Our Commitment

We are committed to safeguarding/protecting any data that we collect from the visitors and users of our website.

The following is how we treat and use the data, that we collect from the visitors to our website, subscribers to our online courses, subscribers to our newsletter, and the subscribers to our website updates.


Visitors To Our Website

We use Google Analytics to collect some details/information on our website visitors’ behavior patterns, such details/information include the number of pages visited, how long visitors stayed on our site, the most visited pages on our site etc. Such information/details are standard internet log information for websites, and are processed in such a way that, they cannot be used to personally identify any of our site visitors.

We have not made any attempt, nor do we have any intention to make use of these details/information to identify any of the visitors to our website, neither have we allowed nor do we have any intention, to allow Google (the provider of Google Analytics), to make any such attempts too. 

The details/information that we collect through Google Analytics, are used to improve how our website works, and to determine the specific type of website content, that our visitors want and/or prefer.


Subscribers To Our Online Courses

In order to gain access to the paid online courses on our website, each visitor/user will need to register and sign in for his/her chosen course, with a username, an email address and a password. There are some additional personal information that each visitor/user may choose to provide too, but these are completely optional.

We don’t rent or sell our online courses subscribers’ details to third parties.

Each subscriber/user can delete his or her personal details by himself or herself from any of our courses and from our website, at any time. The subscriber/user may also send an email to our data protection officer Liz Nicholas, to delete his or her personal details from our courses and website too. 

Each subscriber/user will need to use either one of these options, to remove and delete his/her personal details from the specific course, that he/she may have subscribed to on our website.


Subscribers To Our Newsletter

To gain access to our newsletter, each of our customer will need to register and sign in, with a username, an email address and a password. There are some additional personal information that each visitor/user may choose to provide too, but these are completely optional.

We use the information that we collect with this, to provide some additional solutions, tips, answers to questions etc, to some of our customers.

We don’t rent or sell our newsletter subscribers’ details to third parties.

Each subscriber/user can delete his or her personal details by himself or herself, from our newsletter and from our website, at any time. The subscriber/user may also send an email to our data protection officer Liz Nicholas, to delete his or her personal details from our newsletter and website too. 

Each subscriber/user will need to use either one of these options, to remove and delete his/her personal details from our newsletter and our website.


Subscribers To Our Website Updates

To get the latest updates and posts on our website, our visitors will need to register and sign in, with an email address for them.

We use the information that we collect with this, to send updates from our website to those who may have subscribed to it, for communication purposes and to keep in touch with our website visitors on a regular basis.

We don’t rent or sell our website updates subscribers’ details to third parties.

Each subscriber can unsubscribe from these updates, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by sending an email request to unsubscribe from them, to our data protection officer Liz Nicholas
