I Don’t Know What To Do Next In My Business
If you don’t know what to do next in your business you should first of all
1. Define What Your Profit Goal Is
For example, you can say something like this, “I want to make $10,000 in net profit in my business within a year”.
2. Determine The State Of Your Business Now
That is, as an example you can define the state of your business now as follows
- I started my business on January 1 this year
- I have made $6000 so far
- I need to make $4000 more before the year runs out
3. Create Reports
You then need to create some reports through whichever software you may be using to track your sales and profits and should be able to determine and know
- The specific type of promotions that are making you money
- How much you have made from each product that you sell
Your list of customers
- The list of customers who may have made you more money etc
You can then use all of these together to determine what you can sell next, where you can make money next etc, this should give you some direction on what you should do next in your business.
